Will Lovely Legends support ever ask for my seed phrase, password or login code?
No. Never, under any circumstances, for any reason. Nobody from Lovely Legends will ask for your seed phrase, your private key, your password, a Telegram login code, an email verification code, or remote access to your device. Any message that asks for one of those is an attack, no matter how convincing the account, the branding or the urgency.
The complete list of things we will never ask for
- Your seed phrase or recovery phrase.
- A private key.
- Your password, for Lovely Legends, your email, or anything else.
- A Telegram login code or the code shown in the Continue in Telegram flow.
- An email verification code.
- Remote access to your phone or computer, via AnyDesk, TeamViewer or anything similar.
- A payment to release a withdrawal, unlock an account, or complete verification.
There is no exception to this list. Not for a large withdrawal, not for a "security check", not for an "account migration", not during an incident, not for a giveaway. If you are asked for any of the above, you are being attacked.
What real support does ask for
Ordinary, public, non-secret information: a transaction hash, the network you sent on, the coin and amount, the time something happened, the address you sent to, a screenshot of an error. None of these can be used to take your funds. If a request goes beyond this kind of information, stop.
Why an impersonator can look completely real
A Telegram display name, profile photo and bio can be copied exactly, in seconds, by anyone. A convincing profile is not evidence of anything. The only reliable check is the destination itself — compare the full link against the official links list, character by character.
If someone asks
- Do not reply, and do not send anything.
- Do not click any link they sent.
- Report and block the account.
- If you already shared something, secure your Telegram and email immediately, then contact support through an official link you found yourself.
