Why was my Lovely Legends withdrawal refused or not sent?
Most refused withdrawals are one of four things: the network does not support that coin, the address is not valid for the network you chose, the amount is worth less than the $1.00 fee, or your withdrawable balance is lower than you think because funds are staked, locked in open orders or still pending. Each of these is refused at the moment you submit, before anything leaves your balance.
"[Coin] cannot be withdrawn on [network]"
That coin is not withdrawable on that chain. Ethereum supports ETH, USDT, USDC and LF; Solana supports SOL, USDT and USDC. Polygon and Base do not support withdrawals at all. Choose a supported network for the coin, and make sure your destination address is on it.
"Enter a valid address"
The address does not match the format for the network you selected. An Ethereum address starts with 0x and is 42 characters in total. A Solana address is base58 — 32 to 44 characters, no 0, O, I or l. Check that you have not pasted an address for a different chain, and that nothing was cut off when copying.
"Amount is less than the $1.00 withdrawal fee"
The fee is a flat $1.00 taken out of the amount you enter. If what you entered is worth less than that, there is nothing left to send, so the request is refused. Withdraw a larger amount.
"Insufficient balance"
Your withdrawable balance is smaller than your total balance. Coins can be unavailable to withdraw because they are staked, held against an open order on the exchange, or sitting in a pending rewards bucket that has not been claimed yet. Check the balance breakdown in the Wallet tab: only the main, withdrawable balance can be sent out.
- Staked coins — unstake first (a locked plan must reach its unlock date).
- Funds reserved by an open order — cancel the order in Trade → Open orders.
- Unclaimed mining, staking or referral rewards — claim them into your main balance first.
- An earlier withdrawal still Pending — that amount is already held.
It was accepted but the status has not changed
A request sitting at Pending is waiting for review; nothing is wrong with it. See what the statuses mean before assuming it has failed. If you need to ask about a specific request, contact support on Telegram at https://t.me/john_lflabs or by email at support@lflabs.fund with the coin, amount and time of the request.
Nobody from Lovely Legends will ever ask you to pay a fee to "release" a withdrawal, or ask for your seed phrase or login code to fix one. Both are hallmarks of a scam.
