Getting started
What is Lovely Legends?
Lovely Legends is a crypto spot exchange built by LF Labs. You can deposit crypto on Ethereum, Polygon, Base and Solana, trade spot markets on a real matching engine with limit and market orders, and earn LF — the platform's token — through mining, staking and referrals. It runs as a website and as a Telegram Mini App, and both are the same account.
How do I create a Lovely Legends account?
There is no separate sign-up step. Signing in with Telegram for the first time creates your account. On the website you can use the Telegram login button or approve a code in Telegram; inside the Telegram Mini App you are signed in automatically. Once you bind an email address, you can also sign in with email.
Is my Telegram account and my web account the same account?
Yes. Lovely Legends on the web and in Telegram are two doors into one account, with one balance, one order history and one set of positions. There is nothing to transfer between them and accounts are never merged after the fact.
Do I need to complete KYC to use Lovely Legends?
No. Lovely Legends does not run an identity verification process. The "profile verification" offered in the app is an optional paid cosmetic upgrade — a badge and exclusive profile pictures — and is not an identity check.
Deposits and withdrawals
Which coins and networks can I deposit on Lovely Legends?
Deposits are supported on four networks. Ethereum accepts ETH, USDT, USDC and LF. Polygon accepts POL, USDT and USDC. Base accepts ETH, USDT and USDC. Solana accepts SOL, USDT, USDC and LF. The network selector in the app is the authoritative list.
Why is my deposit address the same on Ethereum, Polygon and Base?
Because those three are all EVM networks and share the same derived address for your account, so the same address string is valid on all of them. Solana uses a separate address. This is expected and not a fault, but you must still send on the network you selected.
Does my Lovely Legends deposit address ever change?
No. Each deposit address is derived for your account and stays the same, so you can save it and reuse it for every deposit. Copy it from inside the app rather than from a message or screenshot.
Is there a fee to deposit crypto into Lovely Legends?
Lovely Legends does not charge a deposit fee — you are credited the amount that arrives. The network you send on charges its own transaction fee, which your sending wallet deducts.
Why has my deposit not arrived?
First check that the transaction is confirmed on-chain in a block explorer, because nothing is credited before that. The usual real causes are sending on a network that does not support that asset, sending an unsupported asset, or sending to an address copied from somewhere other than the app. If it is confirmed to the right address on a supported network and has not appeared, contact support with the transaction hash.
Which networks can I withdraw on?
Withdrawals are supported on Ethereum for ETH, USDT, USDC and LF, and on Solana for SOL, USDT and USDC. Polygon and Base are deposit-only, so deposit on a network you can also withdraw on if you plan to take the asset out again.
What is the withdrawal fee on Lovely Legends?
A flat $1.00 per withdrawal, charged in the coin you are withdrawing and converted at the live price when you request it. There is no percentage fee. If the amount you enter is worth less than $1.00 the request is refused, because nothing would be left to send.
How long does a Lovely Legends withdrawal take?
Withdrawals are reviewed before they are sent rather than released automatically, so the time varies. A request moves from Pending to Approved to Paid, and once it is Paid a transaction hash is recorded that you can check in a block explorer. Lovely Legends does not publish a guaranteed processing time.
Why did my balance drop as soon as I requested a withdrawal?
The full amount is held the moment you submit, before the transfer is sent, so the same funds cannot be spent twice while the request is waiting. If the request is rejected, the whole amount including the fee is returned to your balance.
Trading and fees
What are the trading fees on Lovely Legends?
The standard spot schedule is 0.20% maker and 0.30% taker. You pay maker when your order rests on the order book and someone trades against it, and taker when your order fills immediately against orders already there. An individual account or market can carry a different rate, so the figure shown in the app is authoritative.
What is the difference between a limit order and a market order?
A limit order sets your price and rests on the order book until the market reaches it, so it may fill later, partly, or not at all. A market order sets only the size and fills immediately at the best prices currently available, so it always trades but you do not control the price.
Why does a market buy ask how much USDT to spend instead of how much to buy?
Because a market order has no fixed price, so a given quantity has no known cost in advance. Stating what you will spend is the only way to keep the order inside your balance, and the exchange fills as much as that budget buys at the prices actually available.
Why did Lovely Legends warn me about my order or refuse to place it?
The exchange compares your price against a band around the best price currently in the order book. An order moderately far from the market asks you to confirm; one very far from the market is refused. The defaults are 5% for a warning and 10% for a block, but they are configurable, so the message the app shows at the time is authoritative.
Can I edit an open order on Lovely Legends?
Not in place. Confirming an edit cancels the existing order and places a new one, which means it loses its position in the queue at that price. The app tells you this before you confirm.
Does Lovely Legends support stop-loss or take-profit orders?
Not yet. Limit and market orders are the two order types currently supported, and the app says so where take-profit and stop-loss would appear.
Why is part of my balance unavailable to withdraw?
Coins can be reserved by an open order, locked in a stake, or sitting unclaimed in a mining, staking or referral rewards bucket. Only your main, withdrawable balance can be sent out — cancel the order, unstake, or claim the rewards to free it.
Mining, staking and referrals
How does mining work on Lovely Legends?
Mining is not computer hashing. You buy mining power by spending ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL or POL, and the dollar value of that purchase is multiplied by a random multiplier between 1.5× and 4× and converted to LF at the LF price at the time. That total LF is then paid out evenly over 120 days and claimed whenever you like.
What is the minimum to buy mining power on Lovely Legends?
The equivalent of $0.50. LF cannot be used to pay for mining power — LF is what mining pays out. You can pay with ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL or POL from your balance.
What staking plans does Lovely Legends offer?
Four: Flexible, which can be unstaked at any time, and 30-day, 60-day and 90-day plans, which pay progressively more but cannot be unstaked before their unlock date. Rewards are paid in LF whichever coin you stake, and the current rate for your coin and plan is shown in the app before you commit.
Can I unstake early from a locked plan on Lovely Legends?
No. A 30, 60 or 90-day position is locked until its unlock date, the platform refuses any earlier request, and there is no early-exit penalty option and no way for support to release it. Only stake on a locked plan what you will not need before that date.
What is the claim fee on Lovely Legends?
0.5% of the gross amount, taken when you claim mining, staking or referral rewards into your main balance. Unstaking your principal is not charged this fee — it applies to rewards only.
How much do I earn from referrals on Lovely Legends?
You receive 10% of the mining and staking rewards a referred friend accrues, and 50% of the trading fees they pay, all credited to you in LF. Your friend is not charged for this and does not earn less — the mining and staking share is paid in addition to their rewards.
I invited a friend but have earned nothing. Why?
Referral rewards come from a friend's activity, not from their signing up. If they have not started mining, staked anything or paid a trading fee, there is no reward to share yet. They will appear in your friend count, but your earnings only move once they generate something.
Verification and security
What does profile verification cost on Lovely Legends, and what does it unlock?
It costs the LF equivalent of $2.00, charged once from your LF balance, and it unlocks a green checkmark badge and access to exclusive profile pictures. It does not change your fees, limits, withdrawal handling or anything else about how the exchange treats your account.
Will Lovely Legends ever ask for my seed phrase, password or login code?
No, never, for any reason. Nobody from Lovely Legends will ask for a seed phrase, private key, password, Telegram login code, email verification code or remote access to your device. Any message asking for one of those is an attack, however convincing it looks.
What are the official Lovely Legends links?
The website is https://llx.lflabs.fund, the Telegram bot is https://t.me/LovelyLegends_bot, Telegram support is https://t.me/john_lflabs, and email support is support@lflabs.fund. Anything else claiming to be Lovely Legends — another domain, bot, support account or help group — is not us.
Does Lovely Legends support contact users first?
No. Real support never initiates contact. If an account messages you claiming to be Lovely Legends support, that alone identifies it as an impersonation.
Is Lovely Legends custodial?
Yes. Deposits are held by the platform and credited to your account balance, and withdrawals are requested from the platform rather than signed by you on-chain. You do not hold a private key or seed phrase for your Lovely Legends balance, which is why nobody has a legitimate reason to ask you for one.
