Why has my deposit not arrived on Lovely Legends?
A deposit is credited after the transaction confirms on-chain and the platform detects it, so a short delay is normal — check the transaction in a block explorer first. The most common real causes are sending on a network the asset is not supported on, sending an asset that is not supported at all, or sending to an address copied from somewhere other than the app. If the transaction is confirmed on-chain to the correct address on a supported network and has not appeared, contact support with the transaction hash.
First: is it confirmed on-chain?
Look up the transaction in a block explorer for the network you sent on. Until it is confirmed there, there is nothing for Lovely Legends to detect — the delay is on the network, not on the platform. Confirmation times vary by chain and by how much fee your sending wallet paid.
Then check these, in order
- Did you send on a supported network? Deposits work on Ethereum, Polygon, Base and Solana. A send on any other network will not be detected.
- Is the asset supported on that specific network? For example, LF is supported on Ethereum and Solana but not on Polygon or Base. Sending an unsupported asset to a valid address does not credit it.
- Did you send to the address the app showed you? Copy it again from Wallet → Deposit and compare it with the destination in the block explorer, character for character.
- Did you send the exact coin you selected? Some tokens share a ticker across chains but are different contracts. Only the contracts the platform recognises are credited.
How long should I wait?
Once the transaction is confirmed on-chain, crediting is automatic and does not require anyone to approve it. If the transaction is confirmed and your balance has not moved after a reasonable margin, treat it as something to report rather than something to keep waiting on.
What to send support
- The transaction hash.
- The network you sent on.
- The asset and the amount.
- The destination address you sent to.

Support will never ask for your seed phrase, your private key, or a Telegram login code in order to look up a deposit. Anybody who asks is not support. A transaction hash is all that is needed.
